springboot Upgrade to Spring HATEOAS 1.0.4.RELEASE

So it looks like Spring HATEOAS 1.0.4 didn't happen this time after all. The release was due a week ago, I've reached out to the team to get more info.

There is no rush to get 1.0.4 out so we'll pick it up with the next Spring Data service release.

We’re planning to issue a release in time. Also to be picked up by the upcoming Spring Data releases (already building against 1.0.4 snapshots).
