I have a Spring Cloud Config setup:

Thats because Spring Boot has no idea what configserver is and there is no resolver, so it falls back to the StandardConfigDataLocationResolver. I am not sure why the StandardConfigDataLocationResolver throws an exception here, but in any case that is a Spring Boot question, there is nothing we can do about it.
