Spring Cloud Config Disabled cloud config failed application startup on native build

Spring Boot 3.0.6 Spring Cloud 2022.0.2 OpenJDK Runtime Environment GraalVM CE 22.3.1 (build 17.0.6+10-jvmci-22.3-b13)

I have a Spring Cloud Config setup:

when I run native image with disabled cloud config. application failed

Thats because Spring Boot has no idea what configserver is and there is no resolver, so it falls back to the StandardConfigDataLocationResolver. I am not sure why the StandardConfigDataLocationResolver throws an exception here, but in any case that is a Spring Boot question, there is nothing we can do about it.
