Spring Cloud Config Trying to use Spring Cloud Config Server with Docker but got an error at Docker-build time

Hello, i'm recently started to use Spring Cloud with Docker, but i'm stuck at Config Server and i don't know why. My app worked fine when it was just Spring and others microservices involved, but when i'm trying to build a Dockerfile for Config server a got an error. I'm using <spring-cloud.version>2020.0.1</spring-cloud.version>

but my bootstrap yml is:

I have @EnableConfigServer on my main class and config server dependency on my POM Soo.. idk where is the problem, why it can't see my git repo?
