spring cloud hoxton spring boot 2.2.6 nacos 1.3.1 when we refresh the config in nacos, the server locked , follow-up requests are all have no response. we must restart the server we found in log , the log in the figure below is not printed Spring Cloud Config server locked when refreshing the config in nacos up to now， we have encountered this problem twice

by the way , we found the related function marked as "for testing", even in the later version of spring cloud. why? Spring Cloud Config server locked when refreshing the config in nacos
