Spring Cloud Config Could not locate configserver via discovery springCloudVersion 2021.0.4

Application uses:
Spring Parent: 2.7.5, Spring Cloud Version: 2021.0.4, Java Version: 11

Everything is working fine with springCloudVersion 2021.0.3 and previous version. Did not change anything except the spring cloud version and when I ran I am getting this error:

Can you provide a complete, minimal, verifiable sample that reproduces the problem? It should be available as a GitHub (or similar) project or attached to this issue as a zip file.

Thanks for the response @ryanjbaxter Would that include a sample eureka server and config server codes?

Yes the simplest app(s) needed to reproduce the problem
