springboot Depends on semantic between Liquibase and JPA are no longer applied with custom SpringLiquibase

LiquibaseEntityManagerFactoryDependsOnPostProcessor is no longer called if a user has registered SpringLiquibase bean.

This commit fixes this issue by changing the import place.
