springboot Make sure that removed properties have proper error metadata

There are a number of properties that have been removed as part of 2.3 (i.e. jest support). We should make sure that the properties we used to honour are covered by error metadata.

Actually there are a number of properties that have been removed from the metadata rather than being deprecated in 2.2.x too.
