springboot Remove support for Elasticsearch transport client

Since #15008 the Elasticsearch transport client is deprecated and both Spring Data Elasticsearch and Elasticsearch will drop that entirely in their next major releases.

This issue is about removing completely that support. We also need to exclude the transport client dependency which is still imported by spring-data-elasticsearch.
